Terms and Conditions: Fixed Fee Summer Promotion

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Summer of £995 Offer. By instructing Wigwam to market your property under this promotion, you agree to be bound by the following provisions.

1. The Offer

• Fixed Fee: Qualifying customers will be charged a set professional fee of £995 + VAT (totalling £1,194.00) for the sale of their qualifying property.

• Standard Services: This fee includes our standard marketing package (e.g., professional photography, floor plans, listing on major portals, and sales progression).

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this promotional rate, the following conditions must be met:

• New Customers Only: This offer is strictly available to new clients who do not have an active contract or ongoing negotiations with Wigwam prior to the start of the promotion.

• Direct Instruction: Customers must approach Wigwam direct via the QR code on the leaflet, website, telephone, or office. Instructions received through third-party comparison platforms are excluded from this offer.

• Timing: Instruction provided before 5:00 PM on August 31, 2026.

• Qualifying property: Property in HU16 only. Property must be freehold.

3. Payment Terms

• Commission Basis: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the fixed fee is a "no sale, no fee" arrangement, payable upon the successful completion of the property sale.

• Disbursements: The fixed fee covers Wigwam’s professional services. It does not include third-party costs such as Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).

4. General Limitations

• Sole Agency: This offer is contingent upon Wigwam being appointed as the Sole Selling Agent unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• Non-Transferable: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, vouchers, or localised promotions.

• Right to Withdraw: Wigwam reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time, provided that all instructions signed prior to the withdrawal date are honoured at the promotional rate.

General provisions

• About us: Wigwam is a property services provider offering valuations, property alerts, mortgage and investment sales appointments, and educational resources.

• Acceptance of Terms: Your use of our website and services signifies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Valuation Request

When you complete a valuation request through Wigwam, you are agreeing to the following:

• Information provided: You acknowledge that the information you provide (including property address, contact details, and property specifics) is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. This information is essential for us to provide an accurate valuation.

• Processing your information: We will process this information to:

  • Contact you to arrange a suitable time for the valuation.

  • Conduct research and analysis necessary to provide a property valuation.

  • Communicate the valuation estimate to you.

  • Follow up with you regarding your property needs and offer related services (e.g., property sales assistance, mortgage advice) if you have indicated interest or if it is a legitimate interest of Wigwam to do so based on your request.

• Consent for contact: By submitting a valuation request, you are providing consent for Wigwam to contact you via the provided phone number, email address, or postal address concerning your valuation request and potentially related property services. This contact may include calls, emails, and SMS messages.

• Third-party disclosure (Limited): In some cases, to facilitate an accurate valuation or to offer a broader range of services related to your property interest, we may, with your explicit consent where required, share relevant, limited information with trusted third-party partners (e.g., local property experts, mortgage advisors, financial advisors). We will only do so if it is directly relevant to fulfilling your request or providing a more comprehensive service. We will always ensure such partners adhere to strict data protection standards.

Property Alerts

When you sign up for property alerts with Wigwam, you are agreeing to the following:

• Purpose of alerts: You are agreeing to receive email (or SMS) notifications from Wigwam about properties that match your specified criteria (e.g., location, price range, property type).

• Information used: We will use the criteria you provide (e.g., desired location, budget, number of bedrooms) and your contact details to send you relevant property listings.

• Frequency: The frequency of alerts will depend on the availability of properties matching your criteria in the market.

• Opt-out: You can unsubscribe from property alerts at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any property alert email or by contacting us directly.

In-person or virtual appointment request (Mortgages & insurance)

When you request an in-person or virtual appointment for mortgages or insurance advice, this means:

• Purpose of appointment: You are requesting a dedicated consultation with a Wigwam advisor or a trusted partner advisor regarding mortgage or insurance products.

• Information used: We will use the contact details and any preliminary information you provide during the booking process to:

  • Confirm your appointment.

  • Prepare for your consultation, ensuring the advisor has relevant background information.

  • Contact you if there are any changes or issues with your appointment.

• Consent for contact: By requesting an appointment, you are providing consent for Wigwam (and/or our trusted financial/investment partners, where applicable) to contact you via the provided phone number and email address to discuss your mortgage or insurance needs and to facilitate the appointment.

• Sharing with partners: For mortgage and insurance appointments, it is often necessary for us to share your contact details and some preliminary information with our regulated and trusted financial or investment advisors (who may be third-party partners) to facilitate the appointment and ensure you receive expert advice. By requesting such an appointment, you acknowledge and consent to this limited sharing of information for the purpose of fulfilling your request. These partners are also bound by strict data protection regulations.

Downloading "The guide to buying your first home"

By downloading "The guide to buying your first home" from Wigwam, you are agreeing to the following:

• Access to content: You gain access to the digital guide for your personal use.

• Information used: We will collect your email address (and potentially your name if requested) to send you the guide.

• Marketing communications (Optional): Unless you explicitly opt out at the point of download or unsubscribe later, by downloading the guide, you are providing consent for Wigwam to send you occasional marketing communications related to first-time home buying, property news, and our related services (e.g., mortgage advice, property listings). We believe this is a legitimate interest to provide further relevant information given your expressed interest in the guide.

• Opt-out: You can unsubscribe from these marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us directly.

• Usage Restrictions: You agree that the guide is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way exploit the guide's content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
