Experienced Valuer (full time)

  • Are you more than just a numbers person? Do you see beyond bricks and mortar, understanding the true heart and potential of every property? If you're a dynamic, driven, and exceptionally talented Property Valuer ready to make a significant impact, then your next chapter starts here.

  • Proven experience in property valuation or a related field is preferred

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly

    Demonstrated customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the valuation process

    Highly organised with strong attention to detail in all aspects of work

    A valid UK driving licence

  • £28,000pa + Commission

  • Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 16:30

    This totals 7.5 working hours per day with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

    Saturdays:

    You'd work one 4 hour Saturday shit in every four weeks. The hours would be 09.00 to 13.00.

  • You’ll be mainly on the road but will also operate from head office in Beverley

Sales Negotiator (full time)

    Full UK driving licence: Essential for conducting property viewings if required
